We have a group of quality professionals who advise and contribute in the best way to guarantee the conformity of our products and processes. Thanks to this, we have been able to obtain the following certifications in our plants, thus confirming the safety and commitment to it.

Certificates

The certification granted by the Foundation for Food Safety Certification (FSSC) is internationally recognized and is responsible for guaranteeing a high quality food for the consumer.

FSSC 22000 is applied in our Santa Rosa processing plant, which certifies the safe processing of preformed food and natural chicken parts.

The Federal Inspection Type (TIF) certification is granted by SAGARPA, which guarantees that the product being consumed is a product of excellence.

We have TIF certification in our Churubusco, Santa Rosa and Vía Matamoros plants with establishment numbers TIF-A200, TIF-598 and TIF-177. This certification allows and guarantees the processing and handling of poultry, bovine and porcine meat products of the highest quality.
