    Ingredients:

    • – 4 tablespoons corn oil
    • – 4 pieces Thin Sliced Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
    • – 4 pieces red tomato, skin and seeds removed
    • – 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • – 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • – 6 pieces pasilla chili peppers, deveined and boiled
    • – 2 cubes of tomato and chicken concentrate
    • – 1 cup of water

    Instructions:

    • Heat the oil and fry the chicken breasts until cooked on both sides.

    • Blend the tomatoes with the salt, onion powder, chili peppers, tomato and chicken concentrate and the water.

    • Strain the sauce and heat it until it thickens a little.

    • Serve the thin sliced chicken breasts bathed with the sauce and accompanied with steamed vegetables.

    Tips:

    • You can substitute the pasilla chile for ancho chile and add cooked potato to give variety to the recipe.
